Common topics

Connecting Apple Health (iOS)

  • Open HealthyHive and sign in.
  • On the Dashboard, tap Connect or the sync icon.
  • When iOS prompts you, allow access to the health data types you want to share.
  • Pull down to refresh — metrics should appear within a minute.

If permissions were denied earlier, go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HealthyHive and enable the data types.

Connecting Health Connect (Android)

  • Install Health Connect from the Play Store if it is not already on your device.
  • In HealthyHive, tap Connect or the sync icon and grant permissions (Steps, Exercise, Sleep, Heart rate, etc.).
  • For past-day data, long-press the sync icon to re-sync full history.

Wearables like Garmin sync into Health Connect first; HealthyHive reads from Health Connect with your permission.

Email verification

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from HealthyHive. Links open in your browser and confirm your account. If the link expired, log in to the app and request a new verification email.

Joining a team

Ask your team admin for an invite link. Open the link on your phone — it will open HealthyHive if installed, or prompt you to install the app first.

Password reset

Use Forgot password on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

App downloads

HealthyHive is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) when published for your organization. If you need access before public launch, contact your team administrator.

Report a bug

Include your device model, OS version, app version (Profile → About), and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help us fix problems faster.
